                Delegate Pushkin moves to amend the bill on page 3, section 1, line 59 by striking out the word “and”;

                And,

                On page 3, section 1, line 61, by striking out the period, and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

                “(23) One member chosen by the West Virginia Chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People;”.
